What we do differently
Regulatory consultancy has a structural conflict of interest: the more work a client needs, the more the consultancy earns. We manage that in three specific ways, and you can hold us to all three.
Exemption first
We assess whether you are caught before we quote for anything else. A meaningful share of enquiries end with "you do not need to register this" — which is a worse outcome for our revenue and the correct answer.
Fixed prices, in writing
Every deliverable is priced before work starts. We do not bill open-ended hourly rates against a scope that grows.
Your data stays yours
Where we act as Only Representative, the mandate states that the dossier, the studies and any letters of access acquired for you transfer to you or a successor on termination. You are never locked in by your own file.
Three regimes, one team
Most substances that need a UK REACH registration also need an EU REACH one, and for many of our clients a Turkish KKDIK dossier as well. Since exit, those are three separate legal obligations to three separate regulators for the same molecule.
We work across all three, which means the science is sequenced once and submitted three times rather than commissioned three times. - Manufacturers outside Great Britain who need an Only Representative to protect GB customers.
- GB importers and manufacturers who are the registrant and have to prove it.
- Holders of grandfathered registrations and DUINs whose full data is now due.
- Consultancies and laboratories instructing us white-label on the technical layer.
What we are not
We are an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency, Defra or any government body. We do not sell letters of access we do not hold, and we do not describe a registration as an approval, because it is not one.
